We understand that sometimes an item just isn’t quite right! If you need to return a product, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back—provided it’s in its original condition and was purchased directly from our website.
How to Return an Item
Please include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package.
Package your item securely, ensuring it’s in its original condition.
We don’t include a returns label, so please use the courier of your choice to send the item back.
We kindly ask that customers cover the cost of return shipping, unless the is faulty or incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, please email us first at info@trekkout.com.
Please keep proof of postage in case we need to verify your return.
Refunds & Processing Time
💳 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving your return.
⏳ It may take an additional 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
📩 If your return was made in-store, refunds are processed immediately.
Can I Exchange an Item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
